We are seeking a highly strategic Business Architect to join our team and drive significant structural change across the organisation. This role is pivotal to realising our future operating model and requires a proven consultancy background, an ability to define best-in-class solutions, and exceptional executive-level influence.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar, with a strong background gained within a Management or Tier 1 Consulting firm highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, challenge, and manage Executive (C-suite) level stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of defining and translating complex business requirements into clear architectural documentation (capabilities, processes, and structures) to help guide future business cases.
• A track record of driving organisational change and ensuring the successful adoption of new operating models.

In this role, you will:

• Define and Map States: Lead the comprehensive analysis of our current ("as-is") business state and meticulously design the future ("to-be") operating model architecture.
• Drive Cross-Functional Change: Work simultaneously across core functions, including IT, HR, Customer Experience, and Core Operations, to ensure a unified and coherent organisational structure.
• Influence Executive Leadership: Hold primary responsibility for engaging and collaborating with C-suite and Executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and sign-off on the proposed future structure.
• Best Practice Implementation: Leverage a deep understanding of consultancy methodologies and architectural best practices to define "what good looks like" for our organisation.
• Ensure Adoption: Develop and execute strategies to facilitate the successful, enterprise-wide adoption and embedding of the future state structure and processes.
