• Strategic analysis, design and specification of new and existing IT systems to support the business using appropriate standards, methodologies and toolsets. The role will provide expert advice and assistance to system users, investigate complex issues, determine business impact and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders to provide strategic, results driven outcomes that cater to and influence others, while promoting and improving relationships and partnerships across the Organisation.
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, verbal communication, workshop facilitation and writing skills.
• Proven ability to apply a Business Analysis approach to plan, elicit, gather requirements and undertake complex project work with the understanding of business systems and needs with a focus on training and mentoring other team members in these conventions where applicable.
• Proven experience and history in business analysis, human centred design, and the ability to apply critical thinking to deconstruct problems with an emphasis on strategic and tactical objectives.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Erwin evolve and Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Aurion, Technology One (TechOne), DEVOPS and TM1 is highly desirable.
