Key duties and responsibilities
- Operate effectively in a new environment to define business rules, processes and requirements.
- Identify key changes that must be made to facilitate transition to the new processes, including legislative, policy or contractual changes.
- Identify key benefits to be achieved by the new processes.
- Support activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations
- Analyse, interpret and compose business rules and requirements into technical documents
Skills:
- Excellent presentation, verbal communication, workshop facilitation and writing skills
- Experience in business analysis, human-centered design and the ability to apply critical thinking to deconstruct problems
- A strong ability to apply business analysis tools and techniques such as high level and detailed requirements, process maps, user stories, use cases, and visual models
