IT Business Analyst (Contract) – Wesfarmers Health
Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extension)
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst - This role is central to enabling business and technology initiatives that improve customer experience and operational capability across retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage with stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendors to elicit, define, and document business and system requirements

• Deliver key artefacts including As-Is/To-Be process maps, user stories, data mappings, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices and RAID logs

• Lead workshops and facilitate strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Support project planning and business case development using PPM methodologies

• Collaborate closely with PMs and IT Service Delivery to drive successful project outcomes

About you:

• Multiple years’ experience in IT or business systems analysis roles - MUST BE FROM ENTERPRISE RETAIL BACKGROUND

• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to influence across all levels

• Experience working with both internal teams and third-party vendors (onshore/offshore)

• Comfortable operating autonomously and working across multiple initiatives

Desirable Qualifications:

• BA certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)

• Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Business
