We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Practice Lead to play a pivotal role in a high-profile, enterprise-wide digital and IT transformation program. This program spans ERP, HR/Payroll, and Finance systems, and involves multiple complex streams of delivery, including Identity Management, Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Finance, and Integration.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of three Business Analyst Leads, each with their own stream-specific analyst teams, to ensure the strategic and high-quality delivery of business and process analysis across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor three BA Leads and their respective teams across HCM, Payroll & Finance, and ICT streams.
Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis across Identity Management, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integration workstreams.
Drive process reengineering efforts to support the future-state operating model and system transformations.
Act as the central liaison between business units, vendors, and technical delivery teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.
Ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined, validated, and maintained through the program lifecycle.
Provide oversight of integration analysis across platforms, ensuring consistency in data models and business logic.
Present key analysis insights, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies at cross-program governance forums.
Maintain governance over BA deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation (process maps, use cases, user stories, integration specs, etc.).
Ensure alignment between business requirements, process flows, integrations, and platform interoperability.
Lead resource planning and workload management for the broader BA function.
You are an experienced and confident Business Analysis Leader with a track record of success in large-scale digital transformation programs. You bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep expertise in process analysis, business reengineering, and systems integration.
Your Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior Business Analysis leadership role within complex transformation programs (ERP, HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
Demonstrated capability leading and mentoring Business Analysts across multiple streams and domains.
Strong process analysis and reengineering experience, with ability to align business needs and technical delivery.
Deep understanding of cross-system integration impacts, data flows, and regulatory considerations.
Skilled in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business units, vendors, and executives.
Experience managing business analysis across concurrent projects or agile streams, with strong planning and governance skills.
