• Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT, and Business functions to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the ServiceNow GRC solution.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define use cases, workflows, and process improvements.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical implementation.

• Support the configuration, customization, and testing of the ServiceNow GRC modules.

• Assist in the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Support change management activities including training, user onboarding, and communications.

• Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Risk, Compliance, or IT domains.

• Strong knowledge of GRC processes and frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly GRC or IRM modules, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a similar GRC implementation project.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, GRC Implementation Specialist).

• Familiarity with ITSM, Risk Management, or Audit processes.
