What you’ll do:
Support the execution of the annual brand plan, including strategic objectives, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Design and execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption.
Develop patient-centric messaging and creative assets across digital, social, TV, print, and in-pharmacy channels.
Implement HCP engagement strategies to drive recommendation and prescription.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial controls.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand/product management.
Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
Strong strategic thinking, customer centricity (Consumers & HCPs), and cross-functional leadership skills.
While not essential, candidates with a retail/FMCG background are preferred.
