As the next Branch Manager, you'll be the face of the Launceston branch, leading the Sales, Parts, and Service teams. Your role means you work both in the business and on it, ensuring financial success, operational excellence, and, most importantly, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
- Lead and Inspire: You'll guide and mentor your team, providing clear direction and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Drive Growth: You will oversee business planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Your commercial acumen will be vital in developing and executing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Drawing on your technical skills and knowledge of equipment servicing, you will improve workflows and productivity across the Service and Parts departments. You'll ensure the branch operates efficiently and maintains high standards.
- Champion Safety: You'll be the driving force behind the safety culture, ensuring a secure environment for all employees and visitors.
About You
- Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in branch or service management, ideally within the agricultural, construction, or automotive sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of service department operations and technical aspects of equipment servicing.
- Business Savvy: You're results-focused with a strong business mindset.
- People Person: You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and are passionate about developing your team. You will bring a positive and collaborative approach in your leadership style, bringing your team on the journey as you grow the business.
