We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with experience in concrete, concrete repairs, boiler making or welding to join a long-standing team in Central Echuca or working away. This is an ongoing, temp role with excellent potential for growth and potential to go perm.

Currently we are also specifically looking for experienced Boilermakers to join the team for a role inside a Concrete precast plant.

Transferable skills:

• Construction, general labouring, or trades assistance.
• Experience operating heavy machinery or cranes.
• Concreting and Brick laying.
• Boilermaking and welding.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in all stages of precast concrete production: preparing moulds, steel fixing, welding, pouring, and finishing.
• Concrete repairs.
• Safely handling and moving materials.
• Operating machinery.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Quality Control.

What You'll Need:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience in concreting, civil trades, steel works, precast or welding.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks.
• A current White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
• A C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
• Full working rights in Australia.
