6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days in office – St Kilda Road)

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated eCommerce Assistant to join a high-performing digital team, supporting premium skincare brands across Australia.
About the Role

Working closely with a dynamic eCommerce Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing digital content, coordinating campaign assets, and maintaining the D2C website. This is a broad and hybrid role where you'll work across:
Website support & content coordination for a leading skincare brand (3 days per week)
Creative asset management for two additional brands (2 days per week) – supporting social campaigns, product launches and digital content updates
Promo setup, creative briefing, and asset coordination with local and offshore teams
Liaising with CRM, marketing and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Exposure to tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred, not essential)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in eCommerce, ideally in retail, D2C, beauty or FMCG
Confidence using CMS tools, basic image editing, and working with creative content
A go-getter attitude – someone who brings ideas, takes initiative and thrives on getting things done
Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously
