about the job

we’re seeking a graduate accountant / assistant accountant to support the finance team and take ownership of core transactional and reporting tasks. you’ll start by managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll for around 100 staff, and supporting month-end processing and reconciliations.

over time, you’ll have the opportunity to step up, take on more responsibility, and potentially manage a direct report within your first year. this role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a management accountant or finance manager pathway.

the role is 100% on-site in holden hill, with a compressed workweek (longer days monday to thursday, early finish friday).

skills & experience

• bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce (completed or near completion)

• interest in pursuing ca or cpa qualifications

• adaptable, confident, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment

• strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential
