About The Role:
You will undertake and report on field inspection outcomes to scope and monitor the delivery of work and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements.

This will include:
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Building Codes, housing standards, policies and contract requirements when assigning work to contractors.
- Conduct accurate inspections according to the program's standards, maintaining records of inspections and required actions.
- Build and maintain working relationships with contractors to facilitate effective inspection and maintenance programs.
- Identify and resolve compliance issues in collaboration with contractors, issuing necessary notices when required.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Experience in residential capital maintenance and upgrade works.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel, MS Project skills
- Sound building experience or exposure including to the Australian Building Codes, together with experience in field inspections, preparing quotations or estimates and measurement of performance against standards.
- Valid drivers license
- Have a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one.
