We are seeking a motivated ASO2 - Administration / Receptionist to join a reputable State Government department located in Victor Harbor on an initial 3-month contract. This is a great chance to contribute your skills and make a real difference in a welcoming setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional front-of-house customer service to members of the public visiting the office.
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Managing general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assisting with mail distribution and dispatch.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
About You:
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- You are proficient in basic computer applications.
- You are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- You are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Check (NPC).
- Availability to commence as soon as possible.
