This newly created position will sit within the Video Production Team, part of the broader Digital Media Team, and is critical to coordinating the growing volume of digital content output. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the end-to-end production of high-quality video and social media content. Your strong organisational skills and stakeholder management experience will help bring content campaigns to life.
Coordinate planning, logistics, and scheduling for multi-format content production.
Manage production requirements, including location access and resourcing.
Liaise with business areas to understand project briefs and facilitate feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Track progress of video/social content and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign goals.
Oversee completion and archiving of consent and accessibility documentation.
Support senior team members with logistics and day-to-day coordination tasks.
Maintain production records and contribute to reporting.
Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation.
Proven experience in production coordination, media or communications.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Confidence in liaising with internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Familiarity with accessibility and consent requirements in media.
A team-first mindset and willingness to contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture.
