• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior executives
• Manage diaries, inboxes, calendars, meetings, and appointments, prioritising competing demands
• Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, meeting papers, agendas, minutes, correspondence, and action tracking
• Maintain office systems, records, and electronic filing using standard information management tools
• Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, visas, and expense reconciliation
• Conduct research and basic analysis to support coordination and executive decision-making
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective communication and workflow
• Manage incoming requests, workflow, and office coordination with discretion and sound judgement
