Position Description
- Supports asset planning and infrastructure data management functions
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in an asset management system
- Creates and manages asset records within the system
- Responds to asset data enquiries and reporting requests
- Supports asset database processes including capitalisation, updates, and data matching
- Contributes to workplace health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) objectives
- Promotes a positive and collaborative work environment
Key Capabilities
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (structuring, sorting, matching, and presenting data)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Effective time management, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic records management systems
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Capability to manage and update large datasets within asset management systems
- Problem-solving skills for resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Ability to respond to data enquiries and generate reports
