• Provide administrative and business support to the Communication Branch
• Assist with purchasing, budgeting, procurement, and general financial administration
• Support the planning and delivery of communication campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate events, sponsorship activities, and distribution of promotional materials
• Manage and maintain stock levels, logistics, and audits for promotional and educational products
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, and external stakeholders for printing and production requirements
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and document management
• Support the operation of the organization’s online store or eCommerce platform
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture that values safety, diversity, and collaboration
• Provide high-quality customer service and operational support to internal and external stakeholders

Key Capabilities

• Knowledge or experience in finance and procurement processes
• Experience coordinating events or managing promotional materials
• Understanding of print production and supplier coordination
• Interest in communication, engagement, and marketing functions
• Familiarity with eCommerce or online distribution systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in administrative, finance, or communications support roles
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
