• Review and continuing to update different Project Document Control Management Plans ensuring adherence to the plan throughout the project lifecycle
• Support all users of the document management processes to ensure processing of documents and communications are compliant, efficiently, and timely captured.
• Continually assess the solutions provided for document and information management activities and services provide help to your team with ongoing improvements.
• Ensure all documents and information provided to the team are securely stored, tracked, and responded to by the relevant team members and external parties as per project document management plans and contractual timeframes.
• Facilitate regular project document control system training sessions to team members and external parties
• Coordinate the complex review and approval processes for Program related documentation
• Develop and maintain workflows in the Document management System.
• Coordinate the Administration of project data sources such as InEight Document (TeamBinder),
• MS Teams, SharePoint and Content Manager.
• Ensure documents generated by the LGC project are stored in compliance with the Project
• Document Management Plan in conjunction with TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
• Assist in the preparation of complex correspondence, reports, auditing, submissions,
• Document/drawing number requests and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards.
• Assist with Record keeping archiving requirements.
• Support the project Document Controllers with other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

Ideal Candidate

• 5-10+ Years Experience in Document Control
• Demonstrated ability to work in a major project environment would be highly regarded.
• Brisbane CBD Office Based
• Ability to manage high volumes of documentation in a fast-paced environment.
