As an Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

Executive Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including managing a complex calendar, screening calls, and prioritising correspondence.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, coordinating travel, and preparing necessary documentation.
Document Management: Draft, prepare, and review a variety of high-level correspondence, including reports, submissions, and internal memorandums.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, building strong working relationships. You'll also handle inquiries and coordinate responses from across the organisation.
Operational Support: Work autonomously to resolve administrative and logistical challenges and provide broader support to the team as needed.
System and Process Management: Develop, implement, and review administrative support systems to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a government or similarly complex environment.
Experience preparing complex correspondence and documentation, ideally within a government context. Familiarity with platforms such as Mincor Neo/MECS would be highly advantageous.
