- Process and assess grant applications by reviewing documentation, verifying information, and making decisions based on specific criteria and guidelines.
- Manage all associated administrative tasks, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of key business processes by proactively managing an assigned workload and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and work flow.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
About You:
You are a motivated and organised professional with a proven track record in administrative or grants processing. Your exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and strong communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role. Experience within the government sector or a similar environment is highly desirable.
- Initial 3 month contracts with potential for extension.
- $59.16 per hour plus Super
- Brisbane CBD based
- Must have working rights in Australia
