Randstad is recruiting for Customer Support Specialists to act as the first point of contact for student enquiries. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance on a high volume of enquiries and discussing various options with students from both domestic and international locations. This full-time, AO3 position offers $50.37 per hour plus super. This temporary assignment has a start date of October 7, 2025, to February 27, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The role is based in the Southport office, with standard Monday to Friday hours.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all student enquiries, providing support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Accurately process enrolments, including verifying student information, securing payments, and ensuring all required documentation is correctly submitted.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on course-related questions, helping students understand their options and make informed decisions about their studies.
- Maintain records and notes by accurately updating information in various databases and CRM systems to ensure all interactions are documented.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure a consistent, high-quality level of service is provided to all students.
Experience/Skills required:
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in a call centre environment.
- Previous experience supporting students with enrollments, or a background in the travel, banking, or insurance sectors, would be highly regarded.
- Strong customer engagement abilities, with a natural ability to build rapport and guide conversations towards a positive outcome.
- Comfortable diffusing and resolving challenging conversations.
- Experience adhering to call related KPIs and processing a high volume workload
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people and effectively convey information
- Comfortable navigating multiple software programmes whilst handling enquiries, including databases and CRM systems.
