Your next role:
- Provide an efficient and high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and customers/members of the public
- Effectively manage and monitor internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with KPI’s and and work to required standards
- Have fantastic communication skills and the ability to connect with industry, local suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services
- Ensure high accuracy and standards when completing documentation and reports
- Demonstrate initiative and be a team player
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
Preferred experience:
- Previous Government experience
- Construction/scheduling background
- Must be available immediately, 1+ week notice periods cannot be accommodated
- Must have very strong data entry skills & intermediate knowledge of MS suite, particularly excel
- Preferable located on the south side or close to Cannon Hill
- Must be able to work in the office full time
