About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a respected aged care facility in Townsville. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care to residents while being part of a compassionate, values-driven team.

With full-time, part-time, and casual shifts available, this role offers flexibility, stability, and a genuine chance to make a difference in residents’ lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that supports the wellbeing and dignity of residents.

• Guide and support personal care staff and enrolled nurses in day-to-day care delivery.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.

• Actively participate in clinical reviews, incident management, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices.

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Aged care experience preferred, or a strong commitment to supporting older Australians.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities.

• Understanding of infection control, WHS, and aged care legislation.

• Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
