We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a respected aged care facility in Townsville. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care to residents while being part of a compassionate, values-driven team.
With full-time, part-time, and casual shifts available, this role offers flexibility, stability, and a genuine chance to make a difference in residents’ lives every day.
Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that supports the wellbeing and dignity of residents.
Guide and support personal care staff and enrolled nurses in day-to-day care delivery.
Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
Actively participate in clinical reviews, incident management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Aged care experience preferred, or a strong commitment to supporting older Australians.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Understanding of infection control, WHS, and aged care legislation.
Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
Hourly rate: $41 – $53 + super + applicable penalties
5 weeks of annual leave, plus annual leave loading
Optional salary packaging to increase take-home pay
