• Accounts Support: Work collaboratively with the team on accounts functions, including daily accounts reconciliations and preparing end of month reporting using MYOB.

• Data and Client Management: Maintain and update client accounts and company databases with a high degree of accuracy and care.

• Coordination and Administration: Provide comprehensive day to day administrative support and office coordination to ensure the smooth operation of our team.

• Team Collaboration: Work together to create and manage purchase orders and assist with various administrative tasks to support the team's objectives.

About You:

• You have prior experience in an administration or office support role.

• You are proficient with MYOB and Microsoft Suites.

• You are a self starter with a proactive and responsible attitude, and you excel at managing multiple priorities.

• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, building relationships both internally and externally.
