- Hours: 4 full days per week - (8am to 4pm)
- Location: Burleigh Heads QLD 4220
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Customer Accounts: Managing customer payments, following up on overdue accounts, and setting up new customer accounts.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and handling any inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the General Manager, manage insurance claims, and maintain the company's archive system.
- Financial & Data Entry: Accurately and promptly handle daily data entry, including creating QuickBooks invoices for customer orders and processing supplier receipts and fuel costs. Assist with weekly banking, EFTPOS, and PayPal transactions, and assist with preparing monthly reports.
Who We're Looking For
- You have a history of accurate data entry and a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- You're experienced with accounting software such as Reckon, MYOB, or a similar system. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is also a plus.
- You possess a sharp eye for detail and a bright, energetic personality that will fit right into our friendly office culture.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
