Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support across clinical, academic, or operational teams.
- Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and handle document management in line with policies and procedures.
- Support internal communication and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to process improvements and enhance workflow efficiencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients, students, staff, and visitors with a professional and empathetic approach.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within healthcare, education, or similar professional environments.
- Comfortable using a variety of administrative systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional manner.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively. - A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and sensitivity in diverse settings.
