Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations, including reception duties, phone calls, and client greetings.
Coordinate client files, from initial creation to document filing and archiving, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Handle financial administration, including preparing client invoices and assisting with trust accounting and bookkeeping as needed.
Provide comprehensive support to professional staff, including document preparation and general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Proven administrative experience in a professional services setting, such as a legal, accounting, or financial firm.
Experience with trust accounting or bookkeeping is a significant advantage.
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of practice management software (LEAP, Actionstep) or accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB).
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills that allow you to manage multiple tasks with ease.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a close-knit team.
