Our Client:
Our client is a leading firm in the construction industry based in the heart of Auburn who are recognised for their excellence in delivering high-quality commercial projects. Due to exciting growth, our client is looking for a temporary administrator with the view to move them to a permanent role.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of project materials so that deadlines are met on site. Your role will include:
- Issue and track purchase orders through SAP for supplies and materials to ensure timely availability for projects.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project needs and resolve any issues related to procurement and supply.
- Manage outbound and inbound phone calls professionally, providing clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Handle various administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
- Address and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or administrative tasks in a proactive manner.

About You:
- Previous experience in Project Administration, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Operations Assistant
- Strong understanding of SAP or similar
- Clear written and verbal communications skills
