Your Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with developing, maintaining and reviewing required safety procedures,
- Manage & maintain WHS records & filing within WHS Business Management system
- conduct WHS inductions for new employees/contractors.

Includes collating and scanning of signed SWP, SWMS, Certificates of competency, equipment
operation sign offs, & other procedure sign offs.
General administration dutiesAbout you:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
