What You Will Do
Depending on the specific role, your responsibilities may include a combination of the following key duties:
Providing high-level administrative support within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Managing a range of public interface services, such as coordinating meetings, forums, and clinic bookings.
Liaising with key external stakeholders, including courts and contract partners, on case management and subpoena management issues.
Providing relief reception duties and ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional service for visitors.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support. Experience in a scientific, medical, or health-related environment is highly regarded.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple demands in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong service focus.
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work, with attention to detail.
The ability to be flexible, adaptable, and resilient, while remaining calm under pressure.
