About the Role:
This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) position. You will be instrumental in supporting departmental functions, working closely with the team and members of the community.
The administration officer, provides administrative support to ensure the efficient management of inbound referrals, pre- and post-assessment processing, Support Plan Reviews, and inbound phone/email-based enquiries. The officer is also responsible for providing up-to-date information on navigating the My Aged Care system and accessing aged care services and referral processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Hub: Masterfully manage and coordinate email accounts and telephone enquiries ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
Confidentiality: Maintain exacting documentation and manage confidential and sensitive information in a timely manner.
System Savvy: Confidently upload and manage critical information within internal systems.
Data Excellence: Utilise your advanced Microsoft Word skills to manage data, create correspondence, and support various analytic tasks.
About You:
You are a highly capable and adaptable professional with:
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills in all areas are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a administrative role within government departments and/or the health sector is a must.
Tech Proficiency: A strong aptitude for learning and utilising various software applications.
Clearance Ready: Ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory police clearance and aged care clearances.
