About the Role
As the Administration Assistant – Accounts, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the accounts and administrative operations of a fast-paced, purpose-driven team. This position focuses on accurate data management, account reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, and driving process accuracy — all essential to ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
You’ll join a team that values initiative, precision, and collaboration, all within an organisation actively working toward a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support month-end processing, including data analysis, discrepancy investigations, and invoice reconciliation
Maintain databases and update information across systems, spreadsheets, and portals
Assist the accounts payable process, including following up on outstanding documentation or stakeholder confirmations
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate data flow
Perform general data entry and provide ad hoc administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build stakeholder relationships
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts-based role
Solid time management and organisational skills
Confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding items
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills highly desirable
Tech-savvy, with good PC literacy and initiative to problem-solve
