About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to the accounts department by ensuring data accuracy, assisting with reconciliations, and coordinating stakeholder communications. While the role supports accounting functions, it is not an accounting position - it’s an administrative role where accuracy, organisation, and proactive problem-solving are key to success.
This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys investigating discrepancies, and values working with precision. Over time, you’ll also develop the expertise to manage sensitive billing conversations with stakeholders, approaching these discussions with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with month-end tasks including data analysis, investigation of discrepancies, and reconciliation
Maintaining and updating information across multiple platforms (Salesforce, online portals, Excel)
Coordinating with stakeholders to follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure data accuracy
Supporting the accounts team with administrative functions to keep operations running efficiently
Identifying process improvements and contributing to streamlined workflows
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under time pressure
Investigative and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Confidence in managing stakeholder expectations, including handling billing queries tactfully
Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within fast-paced environments
Competency in Excel and ability to work across multiple systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
