Are you an organised, people-oriented administrator looking to grow your career in a supportive team environment? A well-established and growing development company based in Broadbeach, is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join their vibrant office.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing all-round administrative support. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting various departments including the Directors and HR/Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Sit at the reception desk and manage front-of-house duties, including greeting clients and answering calls
- Assist Directors with formatting and typing up proposals
- Support HR/Finance during billing periods and with basic financial tasks
- Maintain office supplies and general organisation
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in administration or reception preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional communication and presentation
- Immediately available
