Join as an Account Manager and build long-term relationships with clients! Our client is looking for someone to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their company solutions according to client needs. You will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in all lines of business, including service and installation solutions for new and/or existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact point and build long-term relationships with assigned clients with a focus across the tertiary, industrial and mining sectors
- Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business leads to grow revenue
- Lead the preparation and delivery of RFP responses, proposals, and presentations
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of previous account development, sales, or relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in relevant industries preferred.
- Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good communication skills
