The Role
As an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of our valued clients. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships, understand our customers' business objectives, and ensure they are leveraging our platform to its full potential.
What You'll Do
...Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Drive Adoption: Onboard new clients and train them on our platform, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
Ensure Success: Proactively check in with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure they are getting maximum value from our product.
Renew & Grow: Manage the contract renewal process and identify opportunities to upsell and expand our footprint within existing accounts.
Solve Problems: Be the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams to help improve our solutions.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
Empathy: A natural ability to understand customer needs and challenges, and a genuine desire to help them succeed.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Location: Based in Brisbane and able to work from our local office.
