Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator/Account Manager to join our team in a full-time position based in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. The role involves planning, managing, and coordinating sales support activities for the Queensland Commercial division.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to Project Managers and the Commercial Manager by assisting with quotations and general inquiries.
Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders as instructed by the commercial team.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding delivery updates and stock delays, and arrange transport for outgoing orders.
Monitor overdue orders and update due dates as needed.
Effectively communicate project information to clients, branch staff, and the commercial team.
Track, manage, and change orders within the system.
Provide technical information and advice about the performance and nature of our products.
Assist in preparing estimates and designs in line with sales and pricing policies.
Communicate ideas for process improvements with a positive and constructive attitude.
Report to the QLD Commercial Manager and keep them informed on project status and any issues that may impact client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in an Sales Coordination/ Account Manager role.
Strong data entry and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
The ability to understand commercial products and discuss them with customers.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also be expected to help build project management capability within the company through collaboration, coaching, and mentoring other staff.
