As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in driving software sales growth, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in enterprise sales and a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. You'll be instrumental in the company's continued success by consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
Accurately forecasting opportunity close dates and executing close plans to advance deals.
Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline (3x rolling pipeline) through consistent prospecting.
Building and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Engaging in regular outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining key relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Delivering compelling presentations and high-level product demonstrations.
Maintaining impeccable records in Salesforce with accurate customer, opportunity, and activity information.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of enterprise software sales quota attainment.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
A customer-focused, results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
The ability to be a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence to navigate complex sales processes.
The flexibility to work effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor.
Non-English language skills are highly regarded (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Thai).
