Founded in 1981 and with a presence in over 55 countries, Scantech International is the world-leader in the application of on-line real-time measurement technology for bulk materials across the resource sector including cement, coal and minerals. Due to further growth, there is now a very exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join the organisation based out of their Adelaide Global Headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and issue of quotations and proposals
- Assist with the follow up of quotations and proposals to convert into orders
- Establish and maintain project master and job costing files for all projects
- Attend client and subcontractor progress meetings with the Installation Department
- Assist with the overall administration and project management of all Installation Projects
- Maintain database via CRM (Sage)
- Support GM Services as and when required
- Work independently with excellent management support
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years experience in a similar internal sales or customer service administration role
- Strong track record in sales and customer service administration
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Competent use of MS Office suite (especially Excel) and MS Project
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
