About the Role:

As the APS6 Graphic Designer, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality creative solutions across internal communications, digital and print collateral, and corporate publications. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape branding and visual communication strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creativity and innovation across digital and print communication channels, ensuring brand alignment and accessibility.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously—prioritising, tracking progress, and delivering to deadlines.

• Provide strategic creative advice for key initiatives, including high-profile corporate documents like the Annual Report and Corporate Plan.

• Develop and maintain agency-branded templates and tools in Microsoft Office.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored design solutions.

• Drive improvements in brand consistency, design processes, and creative outputs.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.

• Use data insights to enhance design effectiveness and user engagement.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end design projects, particularly corporate publications.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and lead change effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership in coaching, providing feedback, and cultivating a high-performing team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior graphic design or similar role.
