Our pre-employment assessment involves the following steps, however can be customised specifically to suit your vacancy needs:
WHS form to be completed along with the Randstad induction
forklift written assessment or drivers written assessment to be completed
licences/tickets checked and copied for documentation
review pre-employment medical history
review resume and all experience
complete a face to face interview with the team
complete physical assessment of the following; different range of motion, grip test, safe frequent lifting ability, capacity & technique).
