Firstly, think about what you are passionate about, so do some research and find a company that is as passionate about the thing you love. Remember, you don't necessarily have to be doing the role you want at first. You can find great satisfaction in supporting people who are doing that role to help achieve their outcomes. Doing it this way allows you to learn more about the role you want so you can transition to it in the future
