Randstad are looking for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic looking for a dynamic role with a leading new construction equipment sales and hire company. We're seeking a dedicated Workshop Technician to join our team in Perth.
In this hands-on role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our new and hire equipment is in top condition. You'll perform crucial pre-delivery checks on new machinery, fit accessories and and modifications to meet client specifications, and service our returned hire fleet. Your expertise will also be vital in diagnosing and repairing faults on hire equipment, as well as handling warranty work for client-owned machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-delivery checks on new construction equipment.
Fit accessories and modifications to new equipment according to client specifications.
Conduct servicing of returned hire equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults on hire equipment.
Execute warranty work on client-owned equipment.
What We're Looking For:
A Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate is essential.
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours & Benefits:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Overtime and penalties paid for work beyond standard hours.
- Base rate $45/hour Permanent need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this role.
