Are you a highly organised administrative professional with a knack for scheduling and a passion for customer service? My client is looking for a Workflow Coordinator and will become the central engine of their Operations team. We have multiple positions in the Residential and Commercial teams.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end valuation process, ensuring our valuers are set up for success and our clients receive seamless, proactive communication.
What You’ll Do
As the primary point of contact for the residential or commercial workflow, your responsibilities will include:
- Workflow Management: Accepting and registering new valuation instructions and ensuring all documentation is filed with high accuracy.
- Smart Scheduling: Optimising valuer calendars to ensure efficient inspection runs while coordinating directly with clients.
- Customer Excellence: Managing daily correspondence and phone calls, providing regular status updates, and resolving or escalating issues proactively.
- Collaborative Support: Working closely with the broader Operations team under the guidance of the Workflow Team Leader.
Who You Are
We are looking for a resilient, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines.
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration and customer service is preferred. While experience in the property industry is highly desirable, it is not essential.
- Skills: You possess a medium-to-fast typing speed and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mindset: You are a problem-solver who can work independently when needed but loves contributing to a team culture built on collegiality and professionalism.
- Organised: You have a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain high attention to detail.
