• Location: Eastern Creek, NSW

• Pay Rate: From $48+ per hour

• Shifts: Monday to Friday | Start times between 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SideArm or Rear Loader truck, for residential kerbside collection

• Follow scheduled routes and complete timely, safe collections

• Support runners/offsiders as needed

• Maintain high safety standards including PPE and hazard reporting

• Communicate effectively with depot and operations teams

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence

• 6–12 months HR driving experience (waste industry highly regarded)

• Reliable transport to and from the depot

• Physically fit: able to climb in/out of trucks and lift up to 30 kg

• Strong safety awareness and team mindset

• Able to pass drug & alcohol testing and a police check

• RMS driving history report required

Note: During the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site-specific training.
