About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator who enjoys being hands-on and thrives in a team environment. Working closely with warehouse and logistics staff, you’ll play a key part in coordinating inventory, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across warehouse and logistics functions
Process orders, invoices, and shipping documentation accurately
Maintain stock records and assist with inventory control
Liaise with internal teams, transport partners, and customers
Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, 2-3 experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and confident computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS systems)
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist on the floor when required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Early start / early finish – 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
