Transport Administrator
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator with experience in the transport and logistics sector? Do you have solid, hands-on experience using SAP? The Role
Based at our client's facility in Gillman, you will be the administrative backbone of their busy transport operations. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and coordinating transport documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Utilising SAP daily for data entry, order processing, and generating reports related to transport movements.
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth deliveries.
- Maintaining and updating internal tracking systems.
- General administrative support for the transport management team.
About You
The successful candidate will be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional attention to detail.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or warehousing environment.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience using SAP in a professional capacity.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
