The Opportunity
Be a part of one of Australia’s leading financial institutions as a Learning & Development Consultant! This is a high-impact, 6-month contract focused on a major digital transformation within the Fraud Operations space.

You will play a key role in turning complex workflow changes into engaging, simple, and effective learning resources.
What you’ll do:
Impact large-scale digital transformation by supporting a massive workflow system overhaul.
Design creative training content, including high-quality videos and develop resources.
Support major workflow changes by translating complex technical processes into easy-to-digest guides.
Partner with Product Owners and Change Managers to ensure team readiness and adoption.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in L&D/ instructional designer within a large-scale corporate environment.
Strong skills in creating engaging digital content
Comfortable managing stakeholder complexity.
Previous experience in Financial Services or Fraud Operations is highly desirable but not necessary
