As one of several Data Administrators, you will be at the frontline of this transition, acting as the primary support for salaried employees and managers. Your mission is to provide education, manage inquiries, and help embed new timekeeping behaviours during this high-impact project.

... - Support & Education: Manage high-volume email and phone inquiries, providing guidance to employees and managers on new timesheet sign-off requirements.
- Data Administration: Maintain and update internal databases with precision, ensuring all records are current and free of errors.
- Compliance Reporting: Assist in the extraction and organisation of data, utilising tools like Excel or Power BI to support management in identifying trends and monitoring compliance.
- Professional Communication: Deliver empathetic, professional, and clear communication using established templates to respond to internal queries.
- Project Support: Assist the Payroll Compliance team in identifying and escalating complex matters to ensure a smooth transition toward project "Go-Live".
About You
This role is ideal for a proactive, data-savvy individual with high emotional intelligence who can navigate a period of significant organisational change.
- Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Power BI.
- Empathetic Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the empathy required to support staff through a major process shift.
- Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of workforce management, rostering, or time and attendance systems is highly regarded.
- Cultural Alignment: You thrive in a small, collaborative, and data-focused team environment and bring a proactive sense of humor to your work.
- Education & Experience: This role is well-suited to University students or recent graduates in Business, Data Analytics, or Finance looking for corporate experience.
The Benefits
- Project Duration: A focused 3-month temporary contract, potential for extension.
- Compensation: Competitive Casual hourly rate (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
- Location: Based 5 days a week in a premier Melbourne CBD office.
- Start Date: February 16th (to complete essential compliance training) ahead of the February 23rd Go-Live.
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Candidates must be able to pass a Police Check and provide two professional references.
