Junior Test Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

Are you a recent graduate or diploma holder with a passion for technology and an eye for detail? This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career as a Junior Test Analyst, working on a major transformation program for a large government department.
You will play a key role in the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding. Under the guidance of an experienced Test Lead, you will assist with all phases of testing, from execution to defect management and documentation.
This is an entry-level position that is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow their skills in a professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
... Executing manual test cases and assisting with the creation of test scripts.
Logging and retesting defects using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
Assisting with test data setup and environment maintenance.
Maintaining clear documentation, including test logs and defect summaries.
Working closely with project teams, including developers and business SMEs.
Attending and contributing to daily stand-ups and project meetings.
Supporting testing activities during key project milestones like mock loads and parallel payroll runs.
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate or diploma holder with foundational knowledge in software testing or business systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing principles.
Familiarity with HR systems or enterprise applications is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Excel or other reporting tools.
An eagerness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.
